Dear Beta website evaluator:

The purpose of this memo is to ask if you would evaluate IntroNetwork.com, a media sharing, social networking and records management website, and provide me with your assessment and any suggestions you may have.

We have recently launched the IntroNetwork.com Beta website to demonstrate the network’s media storage, records management and search capabilities.

IntroNetwork.com is hosted on a shared server with 125 category based websites that begin with the name “Intro”. The shared server allows IntroNetwork to search the 125 network databases by keywords and display their managed search results.

Our network users upload their media clips to any online media sharing source like Facebook, MySpace and YouTube, or a host of others as described on our website, or they may select the IntroNetwork website, Clickster.com, for uploading and storing their audios, images, photos and video clips. The user then copies and pastes the URLs of their clips into records management pages at any of the 125 websites. Each records management site provides a unique URL interface where the user manages URL titles, descriptions, search keywords or exact keywords for up to 100 URL records per website account.

Competition barrier-to-entry is a multimedia cross market strategy that offers a vast network of unique websites that generate high advertising monetization. Our target market is audio, image, photo and video content developers and advertisers that would benefit from consolidating and managing their media at one website location.

The trend for online advertising spending is less then normal but increasingly positive during this recessionary period. I believe that we can take this time to maximize business development and marketing strategies so we are prepared to assume market share as advertising budgets increase.
